Daily Updates

Today Professor Brown arrived at NASA to help get things rolling.  As soon
as he arrived, we rolled up to the meeting table and updated him on what
we accomplished during the first week.  Prof. Brown said we would be using
this week to define the scope of our project and by the weeks end we would
have enough direction.  We mentioned Mike's ideas to Brown and immediately
he said, "You will not write a Java 3D client... You will not be doing,
etc. etc.".  The scope of our project has become greatly reduced and the
workload almost seems reasonable.  Tomorrow morning we will continue
discussing the scope in a meeting with Walt, Mike and Brown.  Although the
entire day consisted of a long day, a much needed discussion resulted.
