* Jon ran a red light (comic relief)
* Arrived at 8:45am
* Became situated
* Met with Walt and Mike
* Received a general overview of our project
* Toured building 23 (coffee mess)
* Searched for Jon's last ID badge (more comic relief)
* Went to the library
* Applied for library cards
* Ate lunch
* Read books: Solar Sailing, Prospects for Interstellar Travel,
  Quantitative X-ray Spectrometry, Neural Networks in C++ & Curious George
  Goes to NASA
* Received our library cards
* Emailed you

Our plans for the evening are to continue on our reading.  Tomorrow we
will possibly meet with some specialists.  Walt will be leaving for a 3
day conference and will return on Friday.  We are making good progress and
tomorrow Mike Rilee will give us a list of components that we will be
working with.

The client we write will be in Java (using Java 3D).  The backend is in
LISP.  Currently there is no source code available.  We will be
connecting with secure sockets.
